Surprising Fossils Astonish Evolutionists

When fossils have to be millions of years old, evolutionists can’t believe their eyes.

A quip adapted from Chico Marx goes, “Who are you going to believe, me or your lyin’ eyes?” Because evolutionists lionize Darwin, their lyin’ eyes see evolution when there isn’t any, and see ten thousands, hundreds of thousands, and millions of years in fossils that cannot be that old. Normal people without the Charlie & Charlie* hangup might be surprised and delighted at these fossils, but are not as astonished or perplexed.

Meet the 18,000-year-old prehistoric puppy found frozen in Russia’s permafrost (South China Morning Post). Look at the photo in this article, and another in Live Science, and ask yourself if the frozen puppy really looks 18,000 years old. That’s the date that evolutionary scientists require for their ice age timeline, but look at it and ask if the dating is credible.

A young pup that spent 18,000 years buried in Siberian permafrost looks remarkably lifelike and pettable — for a freeze-dried mummy. From its frozen tomb, the Ice Age canine’s body emerged in near-perfect condition, retaining even the pads and nails on its small feet and plenty of hair, down to its tiny eyelashes and delicate whiskers.

You couldn’t keep Thanksgiving turkey in the freezer looking that fresh for a year. Whatever happened to this puppy flash-froze it quickly, along with many thousands of mammoths. The scientists looked for evolution in the genes, but found none: “Further tests, however, left the scientists with more questions than answers – they could not definitively tell whether it was a dog or a wolf.New Scientist leaps from that failure into a wild speculation that it “may represent a common ancestor of both dogs and wolves.” Don’t let your eyes lie to you: evolution is a fact!

95-million-year-old fossil reveals new group of pterosaurs (Phys.org). Here are more species of pterosaurs, reptiles with powered flight, but still no evolution: “Ancient flying reptiles known as pterosaurs were much more diverse than originally thought,” paleontologists from Brazil say in Tontological form, leading perceptive readers to ask, thought by whom?

“Pterosaur specimens, the first vertebrates to achieve powered flight, are still quite rare in the African continent,” said Alexander Kellner of the Museu Nacional and professor at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. “Here we describe the best preserved material of this group of flying reptiles known from this continent so far, shedding new and much-needed light on the evolutionary history of these creatures.”

There was some light shed, for sure, but not on “evolutionary history” – just on history, because there was no evolution. Extinction is not evolution. Powered flight takes intelligent design. Ask Boeing.

World’s oldest comma shrimp was way ahead of the curve (Phys.org). Comma shrimp are shrimpy little crustaceans shaped like a comma. The “oldest” one ever found, said to be 90 million Darwin Years old, looks like – guess — a modern comma shrimp. Never ones to be shy about their insight, evolutionists at Yale conceal their astonishment with bravado:

We are amazed by how similar Eobodotria muisca is to today’s species,” said Yale paleontologist Javier Luque, lead author of the study. “There are eight families or main groups of living comma shrimp, and none of them have a confirmed fossil occurrence. This means we had no idea when modern comma shrimp evolved, until now.

Now they get it. The absence of evolution becomes evidence for evolution, just because an evolutionist says so. That’s B.A.D.

Will someone please fire these clueless Darwinians so that we don’t have to keep listening to their claims of “shedding light on evolution”? The only light they see is the reflection of their imaginations on the inside of their eyeballs. The Epistle of Jude describes certain false teachers as “wild waves of the sea, casting up the foam of their own shame; wandering stars, for whom the gloom of utter darkness has been reserved forever.”
