David Coppedge, B.S. Education, B.S. Physics, founded Creation-Evolution Headlines in late 2000 as a way to share science news he was encountering at NASA. It has grown into a highly-trusted source of news and commentary critical of the pro-Darwin consensus, providing analysis of breaking news of interest to creationists and evolutionists, without the Darwin spin. He has authored over 7,000 entries at CEH since its inception.

David worked as a system administrator at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory for 14 years as a member of the Cassini team. For 9 of those years at JPL, he was Team Lead System Administrator, responsible for most of the ground system computers for the historic mission to Saturn. In this role he got to know many of the world's leading planetary scientists. In addition, he led JPL tours and was a Cassini outreach speaker to civic groups and astronomy clubs.

David is a board member and science consultant for Illustra Media and an Associate with Logos Research Associates. His sharing of Illustra DVDs led to his firing from JPL in 2012. This led to a court trial, assisted by the Discovery Institute and Alliance Defending Freedom. It ended with a lone judge ruling against him without explanation.

Coppedge now devotes more time to Creation-Evolution Headlines and other creation ministries. He also writes for the Discovery Institute, a leading think tank for intelligent design, where he has written over 1,700 articles.

Walk This Way: Body Designs Head to Toe

When you examine what makes us tick, you find intelligent design from the top down and from the bottom up.

OOL Foolishness Is Out of Control

Most scientists working on origin of life (OOL) have lost all semblance of respect for empiricism.

Miracle Tree Could Feed and Fuel Third World

The 'drumstick tree' grows right where it is needed for food, fuel, water safety, stock feed and many other uses, all for free.

Evolutionists Rattled Over Battle for Earliest Animal

If the latest salvo in a long-standing Darwin debate hits, then the idea of evolution growing more complex with time suffers a big blow.

Illogic Is Rife in Science Media

A simple exercise shows that what materialists are telling us cannot possibly be true. So why do reporters give them any mind?

Your Mind Can Space Out, But Your Body Belongs on Earth

Through the imagination, we can soar through distant galaxies. Sooner or later, physical reality hits home.

What do you call a long-distance signaling system that involves coded information?

OOL’s Gold and Animism

What is the spark that turns molecules into life? For the materialist, it's the spirit of imagination.

Tick Talk: Mammal Blood Found in Amber

Can intact blood be preserved for 15 to 45 million years, give or take 50 million?

Scientists Blind to Their Failings

Scientism sounds appealing in theory. In practice, human scientists fall short of its ideals of enlightenment, progress and understanding.

Is Science Special?

Scientists are gathering this month to march – for what? How different is Big Science from any other special interest group making demands on the government?

Secular Scientists Prefer Humans Extinct

At a recent panel, scientists doubted whether it would be a good idea to revive the human species if it went extinct.

Darwin Follies and Fallacies, Part Three

It's hard to know where to stop with examples of Darwinian nonsense. For evolutionists, it's like April Fool every day. These are just some of the recent examples.

Dry Titan Has Static Cling

Imagine putting a cat in box of packing peanuts. Something like that happens when Titan's sand dunes grow, some scientists think.

Darwin Follies and Fallacies, Part Two

When it comes to evolution, fallacious reasoning spreads far and wide through Big Science and Big Media.
