David Coppedge, B.S. Education, B.S. Physics, founded Creation-Evolution Headlines in late 2000 as a way to share science news he was encountering at NASA. It has grown into a highly-trusted source of news and commentary critical of the pro-Darwin consensus, providing analysis of breaking news of interest to creationists and evolutionists, without the Darwin spin. He has authored over 7,000 entries at CEH since its inception.

David worked as a system administrator at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory for 14 years as a member of the Cassini team. For 9 of those years at JPL, he was Team Lead System Administrator, responsible for most of the ground system computers for the historic mission to Saturn. In this role he got to know many of the world's leading planetary scientists. In addition, he led JPL tours and was a Cassini outreach speaker to civic groups and astronomy clubs.

David is a board member and science consultant for Illustra Media and an Associate with Logos Research Associates. His sharing of Illustra DVDs led to his firing from JPL in 2012. This led to a court trial, assisted by the Discovery Institute and Alliance Defending Freedom. It ended with a lone judge ruling against him without explanation.

Coppedge now devotes more time to Creation-Evolution Headlines and other creation ministries. He also writes for the Discovery Institute, a leading think tank for intelligent design, where he has written over 1,700 articles.

Are These Really Pterosaur Feathers?

The fuzzy claim says more about Darwin Party groupthink than actual pterosaur traits.

Activity in Jupiter Moons Defies Long Ages

New findings continue a running theme: the real solar system doesn't look like the expected solar system.

How to Become an Expert in Ignorance

She's proud of all the things she doesn't know and can't figure out. This points to serious problems in our education system.

Social Sciences Flunk Science Test

A historian of science confirms: the so-called "social sciences" deserve the criticism they've been getting for decades.

“Probably Evolved” Is Batty Science

Some bats echolocate but don’t have to. Saying that they “probably evolved” echolocation makes no sense.   The Egyptian fruit bat uses echolocation but is active at day and night. Israeli scientists predicted they would not use this skill while flying during daylight hours. They were wrong. Observations showed that these bats, even though they […]

Stars Burst Into Existence

It's like a Cambrian explosion for cosmology: there were more "starburst" galaxies than models predict.

Darwin’s Relics Recovered

He is treated like a god by materialists. Someone has returned his stolen notebooks and the world rejoiced.

Insect Wings: How Darwinists Fly Off Course

Asking the wrong questions can lead a scientist nowhere. A recent example is trying to explain insect wings.

Stream Channel Networks Form Quickly

Large complex networks of stream channels do not take millions of years: just hundreds or thousands.

Darwin Follies Continue

Evolutionists are not telling April Fool jokes; they really believe this stuff.
