David Coppedge, B.S. Education, B.S. Physics, founded Creation-Evolution Headlines in late 2000 as a way to share science news he was encountering at NASA. It has grown into a highly-trusted source of news and commentary critical of the pro-Darwin consensus, providing analysis of breaking news of interest to creationists and evolutionists, without the Darwin spin. He has authored over 7,000 entries at CEH since its inception.

David worked as a system administrator at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory for 14 years as a member of the Cassini team. For 9 of those years at JPL, he was Team Lead System Administrator, responsible for most of the ground system computers for the historic mission to Saturn. In this role he got to know many of the world's leading planetary scientists. In addition, he led JPL tours and was a Cassini outreach speaker to civic groups and astronomy clubs.

David is a board member and science consultant for Illustra Media and an Associate with Logos Research Associates. His sharing of Illustra DVDs led to his firing from JPL in 2012. This led to a court trial, assisted by the Discovery Institute and Alliance Defending Freedom. It ended with a lone judge ruling against him without explanation.

Coppedge now devotes more time to Creation-Evolution Headlines and other creation ministries. He also writes for the Discovery Institute, a leading think tank for intelligent design, where he has written over 1,700 articles.

Original Dinosaur Egg Pigments Found

Add this to your dinosaur soft tissue collection: eggshell pigment proteins that allowed scientists to tell the eggs were blue.

No, Atheists, Religions Are Not Equal

Religions do not always act as forces for good, but some are clearly evil.

Big Science Struggling to Regain Credibility

Peer review is under attack with new moves to combat fraud and special interest through integrity and transparency. But where do those come from?

Darwinism as a Post-Observation What-If Game

The silly evolutionary spin put on observations of the natural world do not contribute to science; they cheapen it.

Natural Selection: The Ideology of Conflict

A survivor of a communist country describes the ideology of conflict he witnessed and the strife it created. But have Darwinians learned their lesson?

AAAS Tries to Downplay Dinosaur Soft Tissue

The biggest bombshell of the century in paleontology threatens evolutionary time. It's not surprising that the AAAS would want to put out the fire.

Miracles and Extremes in the Land of Israel

A little strip of land surrounded by fierce enemies continues to thrive with its ancient language, traditions and religion.

Necking in the Dark: Evolutionists Clueless about Giraffes

Evolutionary storytelling about giraffes' long necks goes back before Darwin, but all the tales have one thing in common: they don't work. Doesn't matter. Evolution marches on.

Saturnians Are Safe from Cassini Germs

Cassini scientists crashed their spacecraft into Saturn today in order to protect possible life forms on Titan, Enceladus and other moons.

Miracles in Solar System Origin Theories

Skipping over a difficulty because it can't be solved scientifically: that's one giant backward leap for theory kind.

Universities Ban Discussion of Creation by Speakers, Students

Abridgement of speech—as part of the political correctness movement—is now epidemic at universities, where the only religion tolerated is Darwinism.

Convergence Crams Uncooperative Fossils into Darwinism

When unrelated fossils have similar traits, evolutionary paleontologists twist, shove and stuff them into Darwin's theory with an all-purpose tool called convergence.

Creation Therapy Works for Criminals

Prisoners locked up in cells day after day, year after year, would calm down if nature could be brought to them, says a new study.

Is Darwinism Collapsing? Fitness Is Unmeasurable

Key concepts like fitness and survival of the fittest are coming under attack, say evolutionists who suggest the theory needs "critical improvements."

Hurricanes Are Not Increasing from Global Warming

Scientists explain that this hurricane season is not exceptional in the long term view, despite four devastating storms in just a week.
