David Coppedge, B.S. Education, B.S. Physics, founded Creation-Evolution Headlines in late 2000 as a way to share science news he was encountering at NASA. It has grown into a highly-trusted source of news and commentary critical of the pro-Darwin consensus, providing analysis of breaking news of interest to creationists and evolutionists, without the Darwin spin. He has authored over 7,000 entries at CEH since its inception.

David worked as a system administrator at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory for 14 years as a member of the Cassini team. For 9 of those years at JPL, he was Team Lead System Administrator, responsible for most of the ground system computers for the historic mission to Saturn. In this role he got to know many of the world's leading planetary scientists. In addition, he led JPL tours and was a Cassini outreach speaker to civic groups and astronomy clubs.

David is a board member and science consultant for Illustra Media and an Associate with Logos Research Associates. His sharing of Illustra DVDs led to his firing from JPL in 2012. This led to a court trial, assisted by the Discovery Institute and Alliance Defending Freedom. It ended with a lone judge ruling against him without explanation.

Coppedge now devotes more time to Creation-Evolution Headlines and other creation ministries. He also writes for the Discovery Institute, a leading think tank for intelligent design, where he has written over 1,700 articles.

Make Like a Snake

Here are a few more examples illustrating why the imitation of nature is one of the hottest trends in science.

New Book Defrocks Darwin and His Followers

Darwinists can no longer hide from a century and a half of shameful mistakes. Accountability has arrived.

Social Media Becomes the New Big Brother

Governments were to be feared before 1984, and still are, but these days giant corporations are watching you. Conservative and libertarian members of Congress were seriously disappointed to see the vote go forward on the FISA Act renewal in its current form (WND), without their amendment offering protections from surveillance on innocent citizens. The law […]
Monarch butterfly on flower

Butterfly Evolution Pushed 70 Million Years Before Flowers

New fossil evidence puts the squeeze on Darwinians, making butterflies appear suddenly, with complex mouth parts, before there were any flowers to pollinate. Time to rescue the theory again.

Astronomical Theories Totally Wrong and Upside Down

From the planetary scale to the cosmic scale, astronomers are throwing away textbooks.

Cell Repair Majors on Majors

When hit by damaging mutations, cells repair genes before non-coding areas. How do they know?

Another RNA World ‘Missing Link’ Experiment Misses the Point

Magic droplets overcome one hurdle with help from humans, but so what?

Animals Don’t Respect Darwin

Living things owe no obligation to Darwin. They will break his laws with reckless abandon.

DNA Is the Future of Data Storage

Do you like futuristic thinking? Think ahead to when mankind's memory may revert to something ancient: DNA.

Big Science Wobbles on Trust

Fixing the gap between the ideal and the real will require factors outside of science, like honesty.

Visualize Darwin Before Looking at Data

When the evidence doesn't fit evolutionary theory, guess what has to change?

New Book Critiques Fossil Human Ancestors

The new book Contested Bones addresses the question; “Did apes evolve into man?” This book provides a comprehensive, insightful, and up-to-date analysis of the bones that have been called “ape-man” or “hominin” fossils.
Cassini at Saturn

It’s Official: Saturn’s Rings Are Young

There's no stretching the truth any more. Cassini data have led all the ringmasters to the conclusion that the rings of Saturn are not billions of years old.

Op-Ed: May the Farce Not Bewitch You

Don't trust your feelings on this one. For 40 years, the Star Wars industry has been pushing a worldview that just can't hold up to scrutiny. Time to escape to reality.
